What is Blue Mountain BOOCH?

In short, kombucha or "BOOCH" is a fermented, naturally caffeinated, sweet tea. 

The culture or "Mother" feeds off the sugar and tannins in sweet tea, and through the fermentation process, converts them into essential acids that feed the beneficial bacteria in your gut.
