What is Blue Mountain BOOCH?

In short, kombucha or "BOOCH" is a fermented, naturally caffeinated, sweet tea. A symbiotic culture between yeast and bacteria. The culture or "Mother" feeds off the sugar and tannins in sweet tea, and through the fermentation process, converts them into essential acids that feed the beneficial bacteria in your gut. Because of its uplifting effects, physical benefits, and delicious taste, our bodies keep us coming back for more. It's a bubbly beverage you don't have to feel guilty about!
