Shipping policy
All orders ship via USPS Ground. Should you need to upgrade to an express service, please contact us immediately upon placing your order at jess@bluemountainfarmok.com (including your name and order #), so we can send you an invoice for the cost difference.
We do not ship until the entire order can be filled, with the exception of orders containing both beverages and self-care, as these are shipped separately and sometimes ship at different times, based on stock.
Most orders are fulfilled within 48-72 hours but if an item is out of stock or order volumes are high, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be fulfilled, as we are a small batch, farm-based, craft business. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
During the warmer months, cold packs are also included in packages with whipped tallow creams.
We are not responsible for incorrect address submissions at checkout, so please be sure to double check your shipping address for validity prior to completing your purchase. If you notice an error upon receiving your order confirmation, contact us immediately at jess@bluemountainfarmok.com to have the address changed if the order hasn't yet been fulfilled. Should your order ship with an incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to attempt interception of the package by contacting USPS with their tracking number. The buyer must also contact us at jess@bluemountainfarmok.com to make us aware of the issue and request a resend should the package be undeliverable and returned to sender. Packages returned to Blue Mountain Farm due to delivery error will only be refunded based on the integrity of the items. If items are in original, sellable condition, a refund minus a 10% restocking fee may be issued.
